Bookings Terms & Conditions
Please take a few minutes to read through the terms and conditions of your booking we are required to provide and adhere to. This will help us make your transfer more pleasant and to help us maintain a quality reliable service.
The full price of your booking should be paid, at the latest on the day you are collected for your outward journey. Some bookings may require a deposit to secure them. In the event of a cancellation, you will be provided with a full invoice. The full cost of your booking is to be paid; where upon you should then claim this cost from your travel insurance company.
We are not allowed by law to provide seating arrangements for children, but we will store your child seats for your return transfer.
We cannot be held responsible for airline delays.
Due to the new airline E.U. laws, which both protects you and the company providing your transfer; in such case your flight is delayed by more than three hours, you are entitled to claim compensation from the airline. This covers the expenses of rebooking costs of your transfer, or of your costs for your onward travel by other means. If this should occur, you will be liable for rebooking costs at the time of your pick up. We will provide a full invoice to assist your compensation claim from your airline, travel agent or third party you instruct to deal with your claim
